We despatch orders on a twice weekly basis to minimise our postal runs, opting for a green shipping option (3-5+ day turnaround) as standard, which allows us to reduce our carbon footprint. See our sustainability page for more info.

Our complimentary personalisation service will be done within 12 hours of the order being placed and sent Australia-wide on the next shipping day. You will be provided Australia Post tracking details to follow the delivery of your Maison package.
