Designed to continue the classic MAISON design, this new collection represents our step into the world of organic bamboo sleepwear.
This set's name is inspired by the Derwent River – the primary water source to Hobart and the venue for the Sydney-to-Hobart Yacht Race. The origin of this river is in one of the most beautiful places in Tasmania – the Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park. Whales can be found in its waters in winter and spring when their migration takes place.
This set features a button-down shirt with ivory piping detail with shorts, and is finished with French seams with an effortless classic design and detail.
Model wears a size S.

This set is made from 95% organic bamboo thread. Bamboo is a sustainable and healthy alternative to synthetic fabrics – it's kinder on the earth and one of the most rapidly regenerating plants in existence. The production process is carbon-neutral and water-efficient, and the inherent microbial properties of bamboo also eliminates the need for pesticides and fertiliser, making it a healthier choice for everyday wear.
Our signature bamboo range is 95% organically-grown bamboo, and 5% elastane.
The set is naturally antibacterial, thermoregulating and hypoallergenic.
How are the sets made?
The workmanship of all our garments is carefully considered. Our bamboo sleepwear sets are created by crushing the bamboo plant and using a natural enzyme to break it down before fibres are created and spun into yarn; the bamboo is organically grown and manufactured using a closed-loop process.
Our packaging is also proudly plastic-free.
